Okay, I am back on track and joined LA wieght loss system. I watched my mom melt 35 pound off in 4 months. It was said being larger than my mom. Anyways, after only 10 days I am 8 pounds lighter!! They said I will be at least 18 pounds lighter before I leave for disney on June 14th.

My question, I will be in WDW for 21 nights. We are staying at FW and I will be able to cook some meals in my RV but anyone have suggestions for PS in the parks. I also have ressies for the Hoop De Doo and was considering calling and changing my menu to low fat. I don't want to get to crazy but if I am on a roll I don't want to stop.

Thanks:bounce:

Wow, great job so far. I don't have any suggestions for you, but will anxiously await replies, as I leave in a little over two weeks for WDW, and have the same concerns. I guess no Mickey bars for me while I'm there.:( I was thinking about just trying to stick to low carb while I'm at Disney. I think with that mindset I'll at least maintain, and with all the walking, hopefully lose.

Since I'm not familiar with the LA Weight Loss program, it's hard to be of help. Maybe a little more information would help to be able to make suggestions. Plus you can always check out the menus online to see if something fits into your program (though a lot of them are outdated). Congrats on having such great success so far!

LA weight loss is similar to a weight watchers program. You follow a plan with allowance for fruits, veggies, and protien. Very little carbs and very very little fat. They have weight loss bars you eat twice a day made of soy protien but tastes like chocolate bars. Anyways looking for mainly low fat

I would think you wouldn't have any problem finding restaurants to fit your program - California Grill, Artist Point, etc. The hardest part is that the portions are just so darn big! After the second day of our last vacation, I was ordering apps and a salad and I wasn't even dieting! I was just so full! Sharing meals would be your best bet - especially if you're going to have remorse about leaving leftovers. Check our www.allearsnet.com for restaurant menus and the dining board here for more info. It shouldn't be too hard. Resisting temptation is the hardest part for me personally.

Hey - we will be at Ft Wilderness at the same time. Look for the family you see in the pics on my website (link in my sig) and stop by and say hi!!

My goal for the vacation is to try and eat sensibly and not GAIN any weight while we are at WDW. If I lose some more, all the better. If I do gain a few, I will just have to work it off when we get home.

As DVCTiff wrote, check the menus on All Ears and you should be able to do fine.
