We're a 4 laptop family. Today, older DD can't get on her computer. This is the message she got when she did the 'diagnosis connection problems':
"Windows cannot connect to the Internet using the HTTP, HTTPS, or FRP. This is probably caused by firewall settings on this computer. Check the firewall settings for the HTTP port(80), HTTPS port(443), and FTP port(21). You might need to contact your Internet service provider (ISP) or the manufacturer of your firewall software."
She's not sure what happened... didn't make any firewall changes. Any ideas or suggestions we can try?
Thanks!
Jeannie
