Help! Need to find a hotel near JFK for a one-night layover

Does anyone have any suggestions for a CLEAN hotel near JFK that's suitable for a family of 4 (DDs are 5 and 8). We're thinking of the Best Western Kennedy Airport, but other suggestions are most welcome.

Hi there,
Not sure if these are "clean" hotels or not, but they are the closest hotels to JFK. The only 1 that is not a chain hotel is the JFK Inn. I know the caliber of Doubletrees, and Hilton Garden Inns - if everything else was equal, I'd choose them in that order (DT 1st).

RAMADA PLZ JFK APT
COMFORT INN JFK AIR

These are farther out (I would probably chose Radisson/Crowne Plaza/Courtyard/Hampton as my 1st 4 choices here):

BW KENNEDY AIRPORT
HOWARD JOHNSON
RADISSON JFK AIRPRT
