Scroll down for the crowd level rankings. This page looks different than it used to, but I think this is it.

Remember, it's not a 1-10 scale any more; it's a measure of wait times at the most popluar rides at the most crowded time for that day. So 6 = 60 minutes, 4 = 40 minutes, 10 = go to Sea World, etc.
