Help! Need hotel room

I have been trying to get a room at DGC for March 16-19 (or any Disney hotel) for over a month now and they are all booked.
I'v tried booking each night seperate, I've tried booking a package, I've tried booking online, I've tried using Dreams Unlimited, I've tried calling back twice a day for cancellations- nothing!
Does anyone have any tips or secret tricks I don't know about? We got a backup room at the Holiday Inn, but we cant buy parkhoppers unless we're at a Disney hotel.
Any advice, even crazy ideas, would be appreciated. Today we considered driving down there (about an hour from our house) and storming the front desk until they give us a room.
