Help need a place to stay jan 25- feb 2 for under $500 for the week.

Hi,
We are a nice family group 1 grandma, 1 mom, 1 dad, and 2 little girls looking for a nice clean 2 bedroom (or bigger) place to stay close to disney. We are on a budget and were hoping for sometheing around $500 or less for the week. Anybody out there have any ideas where we can find a place for that price? (less would be good to) we are planning the last week of january beginning of february.

If it were me, I would try to rent a Windsor Hills Condo. This development is new, very nice, close to Disney and has very nice amenities. I stayed there about a year ago, and had a great time. I paid a little less then $600 for the week, but I bet you can find a place for about $500.

Goto vrbo. com. This is a website where owners list their properties for rent. Click on Florida, then Central Florida, then Kissimmee, you can then page down to Windsor Hills. It seems like there are hundreeds of 3 bedroom, 2 bath condos in this develpoment. Because you are renting at the last minute, a lot of these owners will consider your offer of $500. Some will not, but don't be discouraged. The prices these owners list on the website are not set in stone.

We rented this condo. in Emerald Island. Very reasonable, I think 550.00 for the week. It has 3 bedrooms and 2 1/2 baths. Super clean and comfortable. The owners are really nice and it is very close to the parks, especially Animal Kindgom.

I'd also suggest Regal Palms Resort. It is further away, but it has an awesome lazy river pool area, 3 or 4 bedroom townhomes and can be rented for about $70 a night.

We have stayed numerous times at this place and keep going back even though their service at the front desk stinks.
