When I went to cash out for 2 Movie tickets, I confirmed my mailing info and clicked the redeem or cashout button and there was no confirmation or anything saying that my order had been processed. What is wrong?
 
I'm an AOL user and had the very same problem with cashing out. After repeated emails to MileSource with none of their suggestions working, I was about to give up.

Finally, I installed a trial version of MSN and cashed ou that way. Amazing! Absolutely no problems whatsoever!

MileSource has a distinct problem with AOL's browser but refuses to admit it. Try using a friend's computer to cash out. Just make sure that the friend's ISP is different from your own. Hope this helps.
