If you don’t do park to park, you won’t be babble to ride the Hogwarts Express. I would go to Undercover Tourist

Another option is AAA. When you buy your tickets with AAA you are then also eligible for a variety of in park discounts. The AAA prices were within a few dollars of the Undercover Tourist prices.
