Help me with my Sept Dining options

Ok it is Just me(27) and DBF (33).. I am a vetran but this is only his 2nd time in Flordia. We are both big Red Sox fan so we will take a trip to tampa to see them play and we have to drive up to Daytona 1 day as my DBF wants to see the track and the beach. We will have a rental car from Sat - Sat but will use the magical express to and from the airport....

9/19 Monday Sleep in Breakfast @ Boatwrights Outlets on way to Tampa Bay – Red Soxs Tampa Bay 7:00 pm Game

9/20 Tuesday Sea World AM - Magic Kingdom Dinner @ Castle

9/21 Wednesday MGM Early Lunch @ Prime time Epcot Dinner @ Garden grill or Tempanaki

9/22 Thursday Daytona Dinner @ Aunt Catfish

9/23 Friday Epcot - Segway Tour MGM Fantasmic Dinner – HollyWood & Vine

9/24 Saturday - Breakfast @ Kona Cafe – Fly Home Afternoon

I love Chef Mickeys and really wanted to try The California Grill but I just do not see the time... My DBF also wants to hit Emeril's.... Any ideas here!!

Drop the H&V and do either CG or Emerils. Both are incredible meals.

Your restaurant choices sound really great. I'm going the exact same time as you with my parents. We're also going to make PS for CRT on Tuesday. Maybe we'll see you both there!!!!
