This is giving my WAY too much of a headache. I spent all afternoon sketching this out and still cannot make credits come out even or am even sure what we want to eat. Here is the preliminary plan. Any other places we have to eat? We do not like fancy meals so some of the hoity toity TS won't work. The boys aren't sure about the character meals. My middle one thought they might be fun as long as I didn't take him to Cinderella's castle. But if they don't go to the Castle , where should my dh and the boys eat for TS that day?? Since it will take 2 credits for my daughter and myself, then what....AACC. Someone just do it for me.

Take a look at the MK menus. Would your dh & boys like Tony's Town Square? OR maybe they can take the boat to WCC and eat there if they might like that atmosphere and food. OR maybe they can take the monorail to the Poly and dine at the Kona while you're at the castle.

As for the 3 leftover credits--that's a toughie. Am I understanding that 3 of you would have a ts credit and the other 2 won't? What you could do is schedule a ts lunch at a not-too-expensive place and pay OOP for the two w/o the credits. Or sometimes you're allowed to trade a ts meal for a cs meal during free dining. You can wait and see if that's an option.

Don't worry much about figuring out your cs locations for now. You can play that by ear at the parks, depending upon where in the park you are when you're hungry. IMHO, there are some cs places that are better than others, but we do most of our cs meals for convenience as to where we are when we're hungry. Just being familiar with the menus and options will help you pick cs meals in the parks once you are there.

HTH.

Pay OOP for your CRT breakfast for yourself and your dd. It's not a great value for an adult on the DDP anyway. Then schedule another TS meal for all 5 of you to enjoy together on Friday. Either a last character meal (Ohana for breakfast???) or grab dinner at Whispering canyon cafe before you leave town!

I also wouldn't worry so much about where you are using your CS meals or how many you are using at a time. If you kids are good about sharing, then you can probably get by with ordering 3 CS meals at a time for lunch and just putting them in the middle of the table and everyone sharing (at many of the CS locations.) Then you'll have CS credits available to use for your breakfasts. Use those kids CS credits to grab a kid's CS breakfast platter- it has nearly as much food on it as some adult meals! Or use the kid's CS credits at locations w/o a kids menu. Anyway, my point is, don't plan to order 5 CS meals unless you all require separate food to keep the peace. Pay w/ credits FIRST and then when they run out, use cash to pay for food. JMO Have fun!
