Help me with a list of benefits for onsite hotels:)

Really?! That's amazing and I had no idea. Does this apply to certain companies or any of the local rentals?
PS this is why I love these boards, no matter how many times you go you can always learn something new!

It was Hertz. We rented from the airport , used it for a few days and then returned it to a different location (Royal Pacific but you could choose Hard Rock or Portofino as well) as far as I know it is Hertz only . No option for any of the other Universal on site hotels .

It is only Hertz that is there. You can't return other company's rental cars. It is sometimes quite a bit more expensive to do a pick up or drop off there, so check it out carefully. The Hertz hours there are very short, so the valet guys take over.

It wasn't that much more expensive - maybe an extra few dollars - but it sure was convenient for me . We got there as the the Hertz counter was still open but valet offered to return either way
