Help me understand?

If I have purchased my airfare on my way and I get the insurance thru Disney will they cover the airfare if the tickets are non-refundable? I haven't purchased the insurance yet. They say I can still purchase insurance before I make my final payment. Just wondering if it's worth it or not.

If you can't find the specifics in your insurance agreement verbiage, call and specifically ask. Most airlines will still charge you for any adjustments to your tickets, usually per segment and then the remaining credit balance will have a time frame in which to use it. Be sure the insurance cost is getting you something better or it's not a good return for your investment.

My Disney TA has told me yes I can add the insurance through Disney when I make my final payment and it will cover the air I bought on my own.
