Help me surpise my kids

We're going in April so I thought I'd surprise them on Valentine's Day. Kids are 12, 11 and 8. I had thought of giving them Valentine's boxes with letters in them and having them unscramble the letters to a saying something like, "We're going to Disney in April!" Any other suggestions welcome. Thanks!

Every Valentines day my kids wake up to find a note that will start a scavenger hunt through out the house. I have 3 kids so at the end they have to put the last clue they each found to find what we call "The Tub of Love". It is a storage tub ( red of course) and it has gifts for each of them. You do something like that, but instead of valentines inside there could be something Disney themed or a small Disney character for each of them with a big note telling them the news.
