Help me suprise DW on her BD

DW's birthday is three weeks from tomorrow. I have a March 3-7 DLH stay booked but...I HAVEN'T TOLD HER YET!! We've never stayed on site before, so it will be special. I want to present it to here as a BD present. My tentative plan is to give her some printouts of our hotel reservation, airfare, and anything else that might make it fun (Pictures etc), in an envelope or nice box. Any other ideas? Would love to here from you veterans, and feel free to share your experiences if you've done anything similar. Thanks.

Ahhhh! Congrats!!! That's a super sweet birthday surprise. Staying on site is so magical- be sure to enjoy the spoils! You could always give her a pair of ears for the announcement? Or have the message put on her birthday cake. If you know friends in the area, you could have them make a video from a park character to tell her. I do this for my niece's birthdays- I film the princesses wishing her a happy birthday and they always "magically" know what she's doing in school or her latest hobby. Maybe the fairy god mother would be a great character to give her the news!

You can also keep the magic going and do a surprise in the hotel. There are all kinds of special, romantic packages you can order so when you check into the room, it's all decked out. There are simple ones with flowers, champagne, etc. to some more elaborate ones with tiaras and Cinderella's slipper. It could be an extra special touch to staying on site- and I desperately want my SO to do this for me someday...haha.

How about putting the reservations, etc., in a new small tote or suitcase and giving it to her?
