Thanks!

BOG should definitely be the first res to make. I tried right at my 180 days for a stay in September and couldn't get anything. So good luck!

If I read your note correctly, you are looking for a party of 7 for Chef Mickey's? If so, that would be the second I would go for. I have heard that Garden View Tea Room can book up quickly but that one depends on time of year.

I do not personally have any experience with the Fantasmic package but if you have a particular restaurant in mind, you might want to move that to the top of the list to ensure you get in there.

Hope that helps!

I agree with above as your first 3, then I would put Sci Fi next. Especially if you're a large party of more than 6 people. Good luck!;)

The online system was sooooo slow the morning I made ADR's - the best times for Cali Grill/Wishes were long gone.

I assume you can be signed into the same account from different computers/phones/the app. Maybe you could split the list in two; you and someone else can work on getting the adr's?

Yes you can I did it about a month ago.

In general, I would aim to make to make the reservations that have to be at a specific time before the ones that can be at any time. That being said, you have a lot of the popular places/times listed, so you're going to have to prioritize what you want the most.

As others have said, Be Our Guest is the most popular (hard to get), so I'd start with that one.

After that, any pre-park opening ADRs also tend to go quickly because there is a fairly small number of ADRs available. So I'd probably either try for Crystal Palace (assuming 8 is pre-park opening) or CRT (again, assuming 8:00 am is pre-park opening). Whichever one is more important, I would try for that one first.

Next up, I'd probably aim for the HDDR (especially if you want tier 1 or a specific show time).

After that, I would try for Chef Mickey.

After that, I'd probably start on the three nighttime show ADRs (CA Grill, R&C, and Narcoossee's). You cannot request a window/patio table in advance, so it's going to be luck of the draw when you get there. CA Grill and Narcoossee's will (generally) allow you to request a window table, but they will not promise that it'll come available in time for fireworks. It's going to depend on how many guests are have already requested it and how fast the tables turn over. Luckily all three have options from which you can watch the show if your table is not in an ideal location.

Depending on where you want to have the Fantasmic Dining Package, that's going to effect the difficulty in getting the ADR. I haven't had much luck getting it at the 180-day mark (mostly because the packages weren't yet loaded into the system), so my inclination is to wait until the end for this one.

I'd probably leave Sci Fi for last...it's popular, but I think it's probably the least popular of the places/times you selected.

I've not done the Afternoon Tea, so I don't know how popular it is.

We do the GF Tea every time we go to WDW. They are only open from 2-5pm and it is not a large place. They book fast! That is honestly the first thing I book! Hope this helps:goodvibes

Thanks guys! For chief mickey, I actually meant 7 am plus not number of people. It's only going to be DH and me, so I hope it won't be too difficult. How long before the fireworks should I aim for? An hour? An hour and a half?

Do you mean to potentially get a table with a view, to be finished and off the a viewing location, or in the middle/end of your meal?

A typical Signature (Narcoossee's, CA Grill) takes about 90-120 minutes depending on the number of courses ordered, how busy the restaurant is, etc. A non-Signature takes about 75-90 minutes (with the same caveats).

An hour is probably not enough if you want a table with a view, and if you don't get one, you'll be in the middle of your meal (probably eating entrees).
90 minutes before the show will (probably) have you in the middle/end of the meal when the show starts, but it's closer to when you might get a table with a view.

Some of this depends on which days of your trip you are planning the ADRs.

I would definitely schedule Be our Guest FIRST & right at 6:00 am.

Typically, my "plan" for scheduling our ADRs is as follows:

1. Plan Be our Guest for as far into our trip as I can & then, when making my ADRs, make our Be our Guest FIRST and right at 6:00 am.

* For our upcoming trip, I have a Be Our Guest dinner scheduled for the 8th (& last night) of our trip. I made this ADR first & at 6:00 am & was only able to get a 4:30 pm ADR. Since you are a party of 2 (as compared to our party of 5), you might have more choices though.

2. Our arrival night dinner - especially if it's a relatively "hard to get" ADR like 'Ohana

3. Our character meals in the order that I've planned for them

4. Other restaurants in the order that I've planned for them

However, since you are wanting "Wishes" times for California Grill & Narcoossee's & an "Illuminations" time for Rose & Crown, I might do these before the character meals.

But, again, it depends on your daily schedule & which days of your trip you're planning which restaurants, if that makes sense.

So, w/o knowing your planned schedule, maybe...

1. Be our Guest
2. California Grill
3. Rose & Crown
4. Narcoossee's
5. Crystal Palace
5. CRT
6. Chef Mickey's
7. Grand Floridian Tea
8. Hoop Dee Doo
9. Fantasmic Package
10. Sci-Fi

Depending on your schedule, you might need to switch this around some though!

What do you have planned for your arrival night? How early in your trip do you want the 8:00 am Crystal Palace ADR?
