Help me prep! On-line reservations for AKV

Monday is my 11-month mark for making our AKV reservation for next year. We're trying to get a 1-BR concierge. I have been told that you can make a reservation on-line on dvcmember.com an hour before MS opens- MS phone lines open at 9 am, right (I haven't called since last year when I made this year's reservation)? So I need to be on-line at 8:00 am central, right? I know that any points that need to be banked to make the reservation need to be done ahead of time....I will need to borrow- that rule doesn't apply right, since you borrow at the time of the reservation?

Anything else I need to know to improve my chances of success?

The online window opens at 8 am Eastern (MS phones open at 9 am Easter or 8 am Central).

So you will need to be online at 7 am Texas time.
