Help me Please!

I think I made a post about this a while again, but Disney has not responded so I am at a loss of what to do.

When I visited Disney World in Early October 2006, I handed in my printouts for the Mickey quests. My family had 3 printouts. However, the cast members at VMK Central were not very nice or helpful. They messed up the cards I received. I never ended up getting my 3 golden collection cards. I sent a message to Contact Us and VMK responded with a message that basically said that they are not responsible for it and that I should message the park. I sent a message to the Magic Kingdom and never got a response.

Is there something that I did wrong? What should I do next? TYIA!!!

they were out of those cards long before October came around....

So they allows them to take my paper and not say anything? I dont think that that is right at all. I should have AT LEAST been made aware of that and probably received something else instead.

From what I understand they were giving cards that were for credits in place of the gold collection cards. The picture on them is gold coins with VMK on them. Its card #29 of 30 in series 1. I wouldn't be very surprised if they just put that card in your pack without saying anything to you. Sorry to hear you missed out on the gold collection!

Nope. I never got that card either. They never said anything and I didnt get any extra cards. In fact, I am missing a few of the different kinds but I was ok with that.
