Help me plan my parks

My family is going to Orlando in late Jan and our current schedule has us doing Universal parks on Sunday Jan 23 and MOnday Jan 24. Any reason I should go to a specific park on Sunday? Monday? We are not really Harry Potter fans so walking through the area will be enough for us except for riding Fire/Ice (yeah it has a new name now but it will always be Fire/Ice to me).

Another question: Can I make ressies for Mythos in advance? I ate there last year on a Mom-DD trip and loved it. We just happened to walk in there at 11 am one morning so I don't know anything about planning for lunch there.

You can walk into Mythos anytime after park opening and write your name down for the time you want. Then show up at that time.

Those days should be fine to do both parks...the crowds will be light. The HP area could be crowded first thing but it shouldn't pose much of a problem to you.

You can make reservations ahead of time at Mythos but for when you're going, it's not needed. They open at 11am so you can do what Lou suggested...just put your name down and let them know when you'd like to return.
