Help me plan my my 14 night trip to WDW!

I'm travelling with my niece(4yr) and a family of 4 (mom+dad, 9yr+4yr boys).

We arrive on Fri.Sept.5th in the evening 6:11pm and leave on Fri.Sept. 19th at 7am. We only have the base ticket for 10 days, so no hopping.

I have been to WDW twice but a long time ago. Also have never had the disney dining plan.

I'm trying to figure out what days to do what park. The new Magical Hours are confusing a bit. It looks like it is better to do the park with the extra 3 hours in the evening-Is this a good plan or a bad one without park-hoppers?

Any ideas or help is appriecated. I'm in a rush as I have heard that the Dinning can be booked all up.

Have fun on your trip! As for planning, you would probably get more responses if you post on the "theme park and strategies" board and then the restaurant board. I highly recommend Tour Guide Mike for figuring out what days to go where - he gives you the best days to go to which park. It's $20 worth spending. You can get a discount through the Disboards - just click on his link on the banner at the top of the theme park and strategies board. Same people like touring plans - you can find it by going to google. What I do is first figure out which park I will be in on each day based on his best days. Then, I figure out which restaurants to make ADRs based on that. We don't buy parkhoppers so we can save money and it works out well for us. Don't forget when you're planning your ADRs to look at park hours and that you can eat at a lot of resorts or Downtown Disney as well.
