Help me pick my dining places

AK - No brainer Tusker House
MK - Liberty Tree and Skipper have really good food.
EP - Garden Grill, but food is similar to Liberty Tree so one or the other. Chefs de France is always a winner. Hacienda de San Angel is good. Spice Road Table is good.
HS - Mama Melrose surprised us in Sept. and has better food than either 50's or Sci Fi. We are from Texas, so we feel you on being from LA. We skip home cooking and cajun, that is done at local restaurants, our house and mama's! Ha You also can take the Skyliner over to Caribbean Beach Resort and eat at Sebastian's for dinner it's a quick ride over from HS.
DS - We'll defer as we only have eaten at 2 credits places in DS.
Resorts - Boma, The Wave, Sebastian's, Storybook are all good.

Awesome... Yeah, don't sleep on Sebastian's. Riviera wasn't open the last time we were down. I hear good things about Topolino's, but it's 2 credit.
We are from SE Texas and frequent NO and SW LA fairly often, so we are used to stronger flavor profiles, I'm sure like you guys.
I also forgot about Sanaa, if you like Indian food as a 1 credit TS.
Another place we really like is 3 Bridges Bar and Grill in the middle of the lake at CSR. It's not on the DP, but it has very good food and the prices for Disney are not crazy for the quality of food. Everything we had there was good on our last trip as we ate there multiple times.

EP- Biergarten. Fun for all ages, the kids will love the show and can dance
AK- Tusker house
HS- Mama Melrose or 50's Prime Time
1900 Park Faire for dinner is a good use of a TS credit and is fun. Boma at AKL is arguably the best buffet on property
DS-Raglan Road or T-Rex (for the kids, if they're into dinosaurs)
