Help me pick a resort

[Not so Dumbo]

Keep these things in mind when picking:

We will have a car
It's just DH and myself
December anniversary trip
We will be staying on-site for 2 nights
Will have to split Grand Floridian or Polynesian for 1 night/ All Stars Movies 1 night
Have never stayed on-site before
Will spend most of our time at the resort
