My family *3 kids ranging 12-5-1* and husband are headed to Disney 3/26 by van.... We are staying at a timeshare which has full kitchen and washer/dryer... we will be there until 4/3....

My question is "What should I Pack?" How many of each clothes, for anyone who has been in Florida during the end of March, how is the weather like?

Give me a list of something that I SHOULDNT forget!!!! with this being "MY" spring break from college, and having 2 children at home all day and then 2 more life is CRAZY and I haven't even begun packing.....

:confused3

The tip board has great packing lists that you can download or do a web search for idea's. In March I would plan on a little bit of warm (shorts & t's) and cool (sweatshirt and jeans) weather. Since you have a washer & dryer, pack 2-3 outfits of each- but pack enough underwear & socks for the whole trip (just incase you can't/don't do laundry- it's vacation afterall).

What are your kids ages? That would help!
Stroller cover(if bringing stroller)
snacks for at the parks(good while standing in line)
2 pairs of shoes each
bathing suits
def. a jacket or sweatshirt and maybe a easy pull on pants that could be put in backpack...we were there last year towards end of April and it was chilly in the am and later in the evening I kept there stuff in backpack and pulled out if they got chilly.
babywipes(cleans up ice cream)
anti bacterial
a ziplock bag with meds, imodium ad,tylenol, tums, bandaids, etc
poncho(or buy one at parks)

for your to older kids some time of handheld game is nice when standing in line keeps them occupied maybe ipod...my kids have done both..my dd2 i would bring some type of small sticker book(walgreens has them for .99 and they are disney themed. this would keep her entertained. Some glo sticks from dollar store are nice wenh is get dark keeps them from asking to buy one I would also attach to stroller at night made it easier to find. Snacks like I said before are a must. We bring a cooler(softsided) store under stroller and keeps drinks in it this has easy saved us $25-$35 a day just in drinks. Your 12yo could easily bring a small backpack to hold their stuff (mine always have) plus they can keep ntheir snacks or whatever and get it out when they need something without having to ask you!
Make sure for the car ride down you have movies..coloring pages...crayons, handheld games etc. we have a 12 hr drive so we have to keeps our well entertained. For your baby if you have a sling that you like I would bring it my dd liked me to hold her and the side sling made this easy for me and helped keep some of the weight off.
