Help me out with "packages" and tickets...

Not sure where to post this. Here are the facts:

1)We are planning a trip end of May/Early June. Probably 3 or 4 nights. 2 Adults, 2 kids(9 & 12)
2)We are FL Residents and I know we get some sort of deal on the new MYW tickets.
3)We are members of AAA
4)We will want to book a room on-site.
5)We would like to add the dining thing
6)I don't think we can get a "package" due to the FL Resident tickets..not sure..
7)We will be going to a water park, Disney Quest and quite possibly Circque

Anyway, here are the questions:
How do I book this? With AAA? With Disney? Is this a "package" or not? I heard that if you use codes, you can't add dining or some such thing? What about FL Res discounts...Somebody tell me what I want to book and how

MYW Dining is tied to the number of nights of your resort stay, and is not available unless you also purchase at least a one day park ticket. You will probably not be able to book the FL resident room rate and get the dining...but it never hurts to ask. I know AP discount codes are not eligible to add dining.
