Help me make my ADRs in time - best route and how long

I am not too great with maps (except Robo's of course, but then those are no ordinary maps -more like actualy being there in person

I have a few ADRs where I am not sure how much time to leave for getting there and what is the best route to use. I would be grateful for any advice. We are staying at the POFQ. These are the ones I need help with (ADR times noted alongside):

Cape May (ADR for 10.55 am) - leaving from POFQ

WCC (ADR for 2.20 pm) - leaving from POFQ

Ohana (ADR for 10.40 am) - leaving from POFQ

House of Blues (ADR for 7.30 pm) - leaving from Animal Kingdom

when you call for ADRs they always suggest 90 minutes for travel time. Although it sounds like a long time, busses are not the most reliable timewise. We use them with no problem until we're trying to get to an ADR, then there's always an issue, makes me nuts to the point that I plan my ADRs so as not to have to take a bus to get to them!!! As for your specific needs:

WCC and Ohana - take the bus to MK and then the boat or bus to WL and the monorail to the Poly.

Cape May Cafe - bus to DHS then boat to YC or walk from DHS if you have time

HOB - bus to DTD
