Help me!,, I can't think of anything but Disney

not sure...we have 10 days to go and it's all i can think about

What can I do...ugggg 71 days to go

ME TOO!! I have 72 days to go and I'm already in full Disney mode. I can't imagine how I'm going to get through these next 2 months without my head exploding!

I'm sorry, but there is no known cure for this condition. :sick: All you can do is try to live with the symptoms, which include daydreaming about Disney, listening to WDW music streams constantly, and refreshing the DIS boards every fifteen seconds.

You may experience a slight recovery upon visiting WDW, however symptoms often return shortly after returning home. If so, then your condition is chronic, and frequent visits to WDW will be necessary. Warning: This course of treatment is highly addictive!

I too suffer from this malady and need to get back to the world soon before it gets too severe.

;)

I've got 95 days left and I'm spending all of my time reading, watching, and listening to Disney "stuff".
I've been 4 other times in my adult life so I'm not sure why this trip is different. I've read the boards in past years, but until this trip got started planning I didn't even register. Then past couple of weeks I actually started posting. Maybe that's the problem, everyone here is pulling me further in!

Oh, good, I am among my own kind! 171 days to go and yeah...I've practically memorized "Mousejunkies", I've studied and color-coded the park maps for my "must-do" attractions, come up with a rough schedule, made ADR's and hotel res's, bought the tix, practically every day I wear a Disney pin...and I know the worst bit is I've spent all this time anticipating it and it'll be over so quickly! Ack! We'll just enjoy it to the fullest while we're there.

The plan is to scrapbook it afterward (bought the book already, 50% off, and the decorations too...65% off at Joann! :goodvibes ). Will make an autograph book and cd's of the videos I take while we're at WDW - these things should keep the magic going for a while after we return.

That and the fact that I'm taking my brother to Disneyland 9 months after WDW...should help with the withdrawals. ;)

It's funny, but we started planning so early and now that the major planning items are out of the way it's like "What do I do?" Just wait, I guess, keep studying, get in shape for all the walking, buy those few last-minute items...and by the week before we leave I know I'll be gnawing the legs off chairs!!

This condition is well known among those afflicted with it. The only support groups available appear on forums such as the Dis, and being among peers who share this affliction definitely helps with the management of symptoms when a visit is not possible. When you realize you have it, there is absolutely no point in trying to get rid of it, because it is not going anywhere. The longer you have it, even with management it only gets worse! So just give in and good luck with this affliction! 92 days to go for us!!!!

As Cristopher Walken once said:

“Well, guess what! I’ve got a fever, and the only prescription is more Disney (cowbell)!”

:sick::sick::sick:

Ive been dealing with this for many years now. Ive had to learn to live with it.
