I check into Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort on a Sunday night and the next day I transfer over to WL for a week-long stay.

What is the best way to get my group to Sheraton Orlando Lake Buena Vista Resort from MCO and then to WL the next day? My assumption right now is I would need 3 ubers from MCO to Sheraton and then 3 ubers the next morning to wilderness lodge. I say 3 ubers do to the fact that we all will have luggage so we need more cards. Is there a better way I'm not seeing?

*I already tried to find a way to stay on-site at a value but there are no rooms under $500 for a family of 5

What about a car rental for the time from MCO to the Sheraton to WL and then return the car to a location near WDW? That is probably what I would do in a situation with 2 quick moves. It would require a larger vehicle for 5 plus luggage, but it might give you an easier transfer.

I would also look at an actual car service that could transport all, plus luggage in a van/vehicle over multiple Ubers.

Exactly!!! I agree with this!! But how large of a group are we talking? It does sound like you may need a car service if your group is over 6 people to have enough room for luggage. I am guessing the Sheraton doesn't offer any options for transporting your group either. Is it a Disney Springs hotel? When are you going? Will the Brightline Train be operational at that time? When you factor in the transportation costs, could you have booked your group in a Disney value resort for the one night? Then have Disney transport luggage over to WL the next day? Did Disney discontinue Minnie Vans too?
