How is the food at the following restaurants and which should we choose? On our Epcot day, should we choose Via Napoli, Tutto Italia, or Coral Reef? I know Coral Reef gets mixed reviews but I’ve always thought the restaurant was cool. And then would you choose Cape May Cafe or Big River Grill and brew? Thanks for any input!

I would choose Tutto or Via Napoli over Coral Reef. To choose between Tutto or Via, I would decide if you are looking for more of an Italian entree type meal (Tutto) or pizza (Via)

I would do Cape May over Big River.

We have always enjoyed CR but also love Tutto. Have only been to CM for breakfast and have never tried Big River.

Via Napoli. Tutto and Coral Reef are on our ‘not in a long time’ list. I haven’t been to Big River, but we really enjoyed Cape May for dinner two years ago.

Via Napoli. My dad loved it and raves about it to this day (and he generally doesn't say that about much!)

Via Napoli - We have eaten there twice. The first time I had the spaghetti (It was not very good). I may have caught them on a bad day. I also had the tiramisu dessert, which was VERY good. The second time we ate there, we had pizza and we enjoyed it very much. Also got the tiramisu dessert again and loved it. We plan on going there again for the pizza.
Coral Reef - We have eaten there 4 times. The first time, I had a steak and it was very dry and bland. I had the Baileys & Jack Daniels Chocolate Mousse for dessert (It was VERY good). The second time we ate there, I had a lobster pasta dish and it was fantastic. I had the mousse for dessert again. The third time I decided to try the steak again and it was one of the best steaks that I've ever had and mousse for dessert. The last time we ate there was much like the first time. It was not very good but the chocolate mousse was great. We were disappointed the last time we ate there.

We love both Tuttu and Via Napoli but they are very different experiences. VIA is casual and very loud but the pizza here is the closest we've had to southern Italy's and the desserts are fantastic. Tuttu is northern Italian so their best dishes are NOT the typical tomato based ones that are typically southern Italian. Excellent meats and fish, polenta and creamy pasta dishes. The atmosphere is more upscale.

Exactly. We ate there on our last trip, and I had the best fish ever!! It was a quiet time, and we got tons of attention from our waiter (actually almost too much for introverted me.) We've never been to Via Napoli, but I've heard great things about their pizza.

We've done Coral Reef three times over the years. It's really all about the atmosphere there. Twice we were right by an aquarium window, and had a great time. Once we were further away, and it was "eh". I just don't think it can stand on the food alone.

I haven't tried the other two you mentioned yet, but Cape May is on my list!
