We're going for a short trip this weekend staying in a cabin. We will also be on the DxDDP. For the first night should we go to Captains Grille or Grand FLoridian Cafe?

Tough Choice but we would say Captains Grille! Have a wonderful trip!!!

wherever you can get a table! Do you have adrs booked for your other meals? that is a lot of credits to use without adrs

ok, so for your question, where do you want to be? Do you want to head to epcot or the mk? or any park?

I think they are both prety good choices

Dh & I tried Captains Grille last visit ...for a "Parents Night Out"....

The table was "oh so close" to another "2 seater" table...where another older couple sat already...

Then the 10 top came in with young kids...again...very close...

Well - we ended up just going ahead and making conversation with the older couple...they were very nice...but If I had TRULY considered this to be our "romantic dinner"....and not been open minded...I would have been disappointed.

But I won't be back to Captains Grille. The food was okay. But...I'm sure there are better options....

We really enjoy the Grand Floridian Cafe. Alot of dissers have called it a "hidden gem" because the food is very good and it has a very nice atmosphere but alot of people really don't know about it. The NY strip is very good and oh yeah get the chocolate fondue for dessert!!!
