Help me decide when to go in 2008??!!

Looks like our next WDW vacation will be sometime in 2008. It is my DH and I, no kids.....so we can pretty much go whenever. I was thinking February or March, but I am open to anytime in the first half of the year (don't want to wait too long after all ). Tell me everything you know about this time of the year......from rehabs to park hours to weather and crowds. I want to hear about your experiences with this time of the year. Thank You so much! I'm getting excited thinking about having another trip to plan!!

I would go before March myself. Sometime in January or Feb when its least crowded unless water parks are a major attraction for you. They are not for me.

Oh no, neither of us can swim. We have never been to the water parks so that is not an issue!

then I would avoid crowds and go in January or Fenruary. In fact, the best bet would be early December, its really quiet plus the great Xmas decor and events.

Avoid March as the various spring breaks occur making the parks more crowded than Jan or Feb.

I disagree early December is not quiet at all. Especially with the pop warner event that first week! There are tons of nightmare stories from people who went in early December this year. Many of them are saying never again!

January is great!!!!!!!!!!!!! However, you may have several attractions being refurbished. It's a trade off. We're trying early May this year. Hopefully, it won't be too crowded.

The second week of January, I have heard from CMs themselves, is so empty, you can literally roll a bowling ball down Main Street.

I do not, however, know how true this is.

I would defintely go during January, It is value season and the parks are pretty quiet.

I'm curious about when to go also. Not only do I want low crowds, but I want LOW HUMIDITY! When would that be??

Still, it is generally not very crowded through the middle of the month and the holiday events are in full swing. Pop Warner can really break things apart, but that depends alot on where you stay. I find they are not as bad in the deluxe resorts
