First of all let me say that I love having a forum where my OCDs seem so much more normal :rotfl2:

Here's our spec's. DD14, DD9, DD3.5, DS2
Driving down 6/12 (friday) and will probably pull in to the HoJo around midnight (so Sat we won't get to the park at opening probably and might be tired)
Going to DLR/DCA Sat 6/13-Tue 6/16
probably will do our MM on Sunday
6/16 is DD's 10th birthday :yay:

I want to make PS reservations for the Princess Celebration and also for the Celebration Roundup BBQ. And maybe even for Blue Bayou, but I haven't decided on that one? (Dessert, maybe?) Disney dining is my favorite part of the experience so I have a full list of the restaurants I must hit while I'm there :thumbsup2 I don't have a preference for lunch or dinner at the Princess celebration, but I am afraid to have both on the same day since we might be stuffed from one and not be very hungry for the other?

Which days will you do the two ressies? DD doesn't care at all if either are on her B-Day. She's not into princesses (or any characters really) but will go with the family, she's a good sport.

You all know how I have to overthink this!

First off, if you are considering Blue Bayou, I would make ressies for that right when they open at 11:30am. That way you have a good chance of getting one of the waterside tables. So you may want to focus on BB for Sun/Mon or Tues since Saturday you may get into the park late.

Also wanted to point out that Areil's Grotto also does a breakfast. Would you be interested in that or do you really just want to do lunch or dinner?

probably either L or D at Ariel's. We'll do breakfast on the cheap in our hotel room. ;)

Hi! I am very familier with WDW but not so much with DL. Can you please answer a couple questions. Thanks so much.

1. What is Celebration BBQ?

2. How expensive is Blue Bayou and what do they serve? Is it a place
for children?

Thanks again.

Celebration BBQ is in Big Thunder Ranch and will be like the Plaza Inn meets Woody's Round. Read up on the birthday event held daily at the Plaza Inn for more information on their birthdays.

Blue Bayou menu and with advanced notice they provide Kosher meals.

I ate at Blue Bayou in February. It is expensive, but it is filling. My dinner was around $30 and that was just for the main course.

I saw a family near my table enjoying their meal with kids in the party. It's definitely the nicest place to eat in Disneyland(not including the exclusive Club 33), but because of the park it's located in, kids are most defintiely welcome there.

The atmosphere is tremendous as it's inside Pirates of the Carribean. You can see the boats go by even if you're not near the water, but in many ways it feels like you're not actually inside Disneyland.
