Help me choose!

Decided to book a last min trip for 1st week in june. Only hotels available are New Port Bay or Hotel New York. Which would you choose?

Also, would you book half board or not?

Id say NPB its a lovely hotel with great theming.
I had a lovely time there.

Half board im not sure, yet alot of people are using HB now due to the Euro rate being low.

I would personally opt for the NY (I haven't stayed in either...)... It's just got that bit more of a 'wow' factor to it...

With the poor exchange rate Half Board looks even better value than before.

Hi. I would recommnd the New York hotel. We stayed there on out 1st trip in feb and had a brilliant stay. The staff are helpful and friendly and the rooms are a really decent size - we were even upgraded to a lake view room on arrival . The breakfasts are plentiful with a huge choice of hot and cold foods. As for halfboard - YES! We opted for the halfboard plus vouchers and would not go without them again. Have a great time.

I recommend the HNY, I would stay here everytime if I could afford it. I think with the low Euro rate I would look at getting HB vouchers too, then you don't have to worry about paying for meals.

I went in 2005 and back next Sunday both to the Hotel New York, only 10 mins walk through DTD to the parks and a nice 4 star hotel.
