This trip we are taking my brother and we are going to let him to take our girls to Sci-Fi for dinner one night while my husband and I go somewhere on our own. We would like to go somewhere easily accessible to DHS, so we are looking at resorts close by or Epcot since we can take the boat over. We really want Le Cellier, but it is booked the week we are there. I may keep checking, but I want to make a reservation for us now. I was wondering about Captain's Grille, or Italian, Paris at Epcot or any other Epcot suggestions. Thanks for the help and we would like to only use one table service credit.

I would suggest taking a look at San Angel Inn's menu and see if there is something you like.
This restaurant has the best atmosphere. It is romantic and cozy, hidden in the Mexican Pavillion you are inside, but dine next to the "river" (it is the river for the boat ride in the building), so you feel like it is night at the mexican riveria. So COOL!!!

I will warn the dishes are more traditional and not tex mex, is why I believe most people don't love it. But check it out, is definitely a romantic spot to dine.

I suggest Flying Fish, if you want signature dining, bluezoo, if you don't mind paying OOP or Chefs de France if you want romance at a 1 credit restaurant.

My DW and I really like San Angel Inn, and agree with Nadjalu that the food and atmosphere is wonderful, but many people are surprised by the menu which is traditional Mexican.

In my opinion, any of the above is far more romantic and had much better food than Le Cellier, where I always feel like just another bottle of wine stuffed into "le cellier"!

Have fun!

Try lunches in Canada instead - you might have better luck. We were there last month with lunch reservations and there were two guys trying to get a reservation for 6 now. They got it. If you would have called, they would have said "no".

My first choice would be Yatchman's Steakhouse. We liked Captain's grille too.

Captains Grill is realy really good if you want to go to a hotel. If your going to Epcot definatley Italy if not France.

We had excellent service in Italy in March but thought the food was just OK.

Our next trip we are going to try Bistro de Paris on our parents night out.

I concur wholeheartedly with Flying Fish - it's one of DH's and my favorite places - and would add Chefs de France. We are looking forward to trying the Yachtsman and Bistro for the first time later this year, so I can't weigh in except to second their reputation. Have fun!

Another vote for Chefs de France.:thumbsup2We had lunch there and really enjoyed it.Would go for dinner on the next trip. The food at Tutto was good but it was a very rushed experience.Food was out in 5 minutes. They took more time with our pasta at Wolgang Puck Expresss in DTD

I would eat at the Italy Paviliion...Ive eaten at Chefs de France and thought it was just ok, Italy was better in my opinion, even tho I didnt think that was spectacular either (although I am 100% italian and am very in touch with excellent italian food)...I love Mexico tho, thats just me :)

My DH and I love Morroco and the restaurant there. I don't know the name of it though. We love to get the sampler plate with a little of everything.

Echoing recommendations for:

Yachtsman Steakhouse (Yacht & Beach Club)
Flying Fish (Boardwalk)
Tutto Italia (Italy - Epcot)
Chefs de France (France - Epcot)

I have not personally dined at but have heard good reviews of BlueZoo and Il Mulino in Swan/Dolphin.

Brown Derby in DHS is very good too.

Have fun!!

Thanks everyone! I let my husband make the final decision and he picked tutto Italia! We are eating in Morocco and Japan earlier in the week, so this some yummy pasta will be nice!
