I've never stayed offsite so I don't even know how to choose. Too many options and I'm already overwhelmed!

We will be 2 adults. We will have a car. Budget is important, but not super cheap.

Obviously looking close to the park. Nice bathroom is a plus. Kitchen is a plus. Close to WDW/DS awesome too.

Spam me with your suggestions please!

You have to be more specific on budget, that will help you get good suggestions.

A date is also very help, as hotel rates can vary widely. On a different thread the other day, I noted that once I paid only $61/night to stay at the Hilton Lake Buena Vista across the street from Disney Springs. When I priced that same hotel for this week, it was $289/night.

We have gotten the Hilton LBV for $99/night quite a few times. Great location. Also have stayed at the DoubleTree next door with similar rates.

Agree with PP - date & total per night budget to work with to point you in a direction. As writerguyfl says it can vary with dates.

I ask about total per night because more and more resorts are adding resort and parking fees. Hilton LBV is a perfect example, while they advertise $99 a night you will also be hit with $24 per night resort fee (and tax) and $17 per night parking fee.

I agree that a lot depends on your dates & budget. I've suggested to several other people the Extended Stay America in Lake Buena Vista. The rates are normally very reasonable, they have no resort or parking fee, all units have a full kitchen, & they offer a very simple free continental breakfast. As this is an "extended stay" type hotel there is no daily housekeeping outside of replenishing towels, TP, etc. So that's something to keep in mind if having your bed made up every day is important to you.
