HELP! ME and payoff question

So our last $200 is due 9/10/12. I bought our plane tickets down there already and I have to call up to give that to them YET, but my boss shockingly enough decided he would like to buy our tickets back using built up points that are ready to expire.
My question is
Can I call and give them our flight down info and pay off our trip and then always add the flight back info on later incase he gives me the tickets after 9/10/12? Am I going to mess up anything?

Or should I wait til the end to see if he has them by then being 9/10/12?

I am going to assume you are talking about Magical Express....you do not need to give them the air info until later....you just need to let them know you are using it. When your magical express papers arrive your tickets will have no info on them--and a phone number----when you get your flight info call the number on the tickets and give it to them.

Yes I was talking about the Magical Express.. I forgot to put the Express in. They know I am using it, but I just did not know if I had to give them my flight info both ways before paying it off
