Help magic band question??

I linked tickets to my MDE account for both of my daughters. One daughter has her own MDE account and the other does not. Now that we can make FP reservations it is not allowing my daughter with her own account to make one. Does she need to enter our resort reservation number on her MDE account to use this. I have her listed on our ressie but it shows up as a generic Mickey head on my MDE and then it also shows up with her account too.

It sounds like you made a sub-account for her in your account and she made her own. If that is the case you will need to delete the sub-account you created as there can only be one profile per person. If you cannot do it yourself you will need to contact Disney at (407) 939-7765.

Ugh, thats what I was afraid of. I called MS and after a long wait found out that they can not find the ticket that I linked to her account even though she can see the ticket on her account - it just says not eligible for FP. MS said that she was going to talk to her supervisor and call me back in 24-48 hours......
