help - lost my old name!!!

Hi I was DisneyCrazyX5. I was away from my computer for 2 weeks and was logged off and can not log back on with my old name. I change internet providers so the system will not recognize me and I can not get a password sent to me. Can I get my old name back - I have sent 3 emails to the support@wdwinfo.com address, but received not response. Please can I have my help finding my old password
