When you called, did you ask for availability at BOTH sites? If so, then all you can do is to keep calling and hope for a cancellation.

I snagged a BBB appointment *in the castle* for my DD last October, it was for our last day and I got it the evening before! People cancel last minute so don't give up, I'd guess the closer you are to the date you'd like the higher your chances.
Also got a early ADR at Crystal Palace using the same method.

Call multiple times every day and you might pick up a cancellation.

Also, even if you do not pick up something before the trip, when you get to the MK that day immediately go check at the BBB and see if they have anything. We have seen them take walk-ins even when it was supposedly booked. I have heard those walk ins talking about how they had called multiple times and it was booked, and they were so happy they got in. I've also seen them turn people away though. I wouldn't make any promises to your DD, but there is a possibility.

Basically you'll need to be the first person looking for that date/time after someone calls to cancel their reservation for that date/time. Since there is no possible way to know, you'll just have to keep trying when you can. You might also want to ask if they have a wait list they can put you on so you don't have to keep bugging them. They might not have one, but you never know until you ask

I just got off the phone with them, thinking I was stupid to wait so long for our march 13 to 24 trip, I asked for the first day and she had one in afternoon, so I asked her to look next day for morning or mid morning, anyway she went thru 8 days, all had at least one appt a day in afternoon 1/2 in dtd other at castle, but I finally got a day with a morning appt. I could not believe how many open appt there where for three weeks out.

Now my dd says cancel it, SoG started to do it and she wants it done there. I think I will keep it anyway.

YAY!! Glad you were able to get one. But I don't see anything on the website about BBB being offered at Shade of Green. Where did you see that?
