Yes, they do if you're in the area. I wouldn't go to far out of my way as there are plenty of other options.

Cape May also does a very nice b/fast. It is character, but there are only 3 and it is pretty "quiet" compared to the other's.

I agree - Captain's Grille at the Yacht Club was great. Loved their buffet - lots to choose from.
