Well, we have finally made our decisions and are in the process of booking. We have joined Loews first and have our number. We are now trying to book (through Loews), have filled everything in, but are getting an invalid frequent guest number message. It's not letting the booking go through. Ahhhhhhh!!

Has anyone ever had this? How do I fix it?

I have tried calling Loewsfirst customer information and reservations, both say the numbers are not connected?? Any ideas???
Thanks

The reason you are getting that message is that this will be your first stay so your not yet a frequent guest when you make your reservations give them your lowes first number and have no idea of how many stay qualify for frequent guest but my guess it would be 3
Hope this helps :thumbsup2

This happened to me too. Applied for the LF card on Feb 20 and it wouldn't take my number on the reservation. Got the card in the mail a few weeks later and when I made my ressie on Mar 17 it took the number :lovestruc
I don't think it has anything to do with getting the actual card, it just seems to take their system a few weeks to recognise the number.
I would book your ressie without the card and then after a few weeks, update your ressie to list your LF card. Or you can wait until right before you go and have them add your number for you.
It doesn't give you any rate discount so you really don't need it to book your room. Just get it on there before you go so you can get your free welcome gift and have your stay credited to your account to start earning your next status!
Good Luck!

When i first signed up for Loews First, i did not give my number until i checked in to the resort. I went through the line for Loews First members, gave them my card and said it was my first stay and she entered the number against my reservation.

Your LF benefits begin with your first stay - you do not have to wait until 3.

Thank you all for your help.I have made the booking and will try and add the number later (it is still quite a while before we go). We have't gotten our card yet,but only signed up about a week ago. I had not thought of that option of adding the number later.
