Help in finding a Design - We leave tomorrow

Does anyone know where I can find the file for that says "Walt Disney World Surprise Vacation and in the middle it says 2012 and Goofy is hiding behind the number 1, Mickey behind the number 0, Minnie behind the number 1 and Donald behind the number 2 (I think those are the characters hiding)? I made shirts for my family but one got messed up and we leave tomorrow. If some could direct me to the file it would be greatly appreciated. Thank you.
