HELP...I need to find....

a little fake mouse. Let me explain what I need exactly. I am looking for one of the old mice you use to be able to find in gift shops. They sit on their hind legs and have what looks like real fur and a little leather tail. My DD had a white one with red eyes and she loved that thing. Well that dog chewed it up tonight. I have searched online and can not find one anywhere. If you have any ideas I am desperate.
You guys seem to know where everyting is so I thought I would ask here.

Oooh, I know exactly what you mean. Oldest DS has one that's a chipmunk - he got it at the camp store when we were on vacation. I think you'd be best off calling some gift shops if there are any in your area.

I actually think the one she had was an old one from about 15 years ago. They are similar to what you have shown me but not quite that. It was only about an inch and a half high and it has a plastic body with fur on it. They use to see them in gift shops when I was a kid and we would beg for them.
DD had a shoe box with doll house furniture in it where her mouse lived.
I will drive myself nuts over this thing until I get another one.

If they were popular "back in the day" I would try Cracker Barrel. They seem to have all the stuff we grew up with.....toys and candy.

I don't know where to get one, but I know what you're talking about- I used to LOVE these when I was younger- try ebay or a big pet store-

Did you check any gas stations? I don't know about where you live but ours always have little "junk" items for sale. Last year a couple of them had little rabbit fur animals. They tend to get even more stuff around Christmas. Also the big travel centers along highways tend to have them. Good luck, hope you find a new one!

Wow, I can't even count how many fur covered toys - horses, cats, rabbits, dogs, but thankfully no mice yet - that DD20's collie has chewed up over the years. There's just something about the fur that calls to her and DD8 is always so upset to find another chewed up plastic body laying on the floor but she forgets to pick them up.

If you are referring to the link I posted, yes I just put in a description on goggle. The one in a link I guess was by a German company or something, I saw others that were grayish that didn't have clothes but this was the only white one I could find.
