Sorry for the caps:D just wanted to everyones attention. We have sailed on 2 disney cruises. We were thinking of going on disney 10 day 12/04 but dad and me(14) decided we wanted to try RCCL navigator of the seas for special 9 day which falls on christmas and new years:jester: It would be my sister(6,me(14) and mom and dad(around 40). I got so excited. I am the travel planner for family! We got last inside cabin on NOS on hold and planning on making deposit tonight. Should I go for it or do disney again. I want to try new ship, but love disney so much and just dont want be on ship and wish we did disney. The cool thing about RCCL is its crusing over both christmas and new years! What would you do if you were in our situation.

If you didn't "go for it", you'd always wonder what it would have been like. Having family with you over the holidays can make any vacation fun -

I've never done any cruise but Disney (3, 4 and 7 night), so I can't give you any other advise/information/suggestions.

Life is too short to worry about regrets - just live it!!!

I say try it. Go on the cruise. You can be a diehard WDW fan and visit other amusement parks. I am sure you will not be sitting around the RCCL bored and wishing you were on the DCL. If you have a horrible time (which you won't), you can come back here to the DIS Boards and plan your next DC.

Good luck

I agree with Rae (motto "A shrimp is a terrible thing to waste"):

If you go, and you don't like it as much as DCL, you can always have something to compare to DCL. If you do have fun (How could you not) then it's great.

I particularly like the two holiday inclusion on the RCCL.

Do it and don't look back.

Jim

PS we've done RCCL before and loved it.
