I broke my wrist on October 10th and I am going to Disney on the 24th. Someone please help me. I am in extreme pain because the doctor put me in a brace and not a cast. I might call them to see if they can put me in a cast on Monday. If i choose the cast will I not be able to go on the cool and big roller coaster rides.

Ask your doctor about restrictions

If it's a short brace/cast and other than that you can move your arm, then I can't think of anywhere it would matter. Maybe Flight of Passage?

If the break needed to be in a cast past the elbow and/or kept immobilized in a sling, that might cause problems with some safety systems. But there's not a rule that says you can't go on things with a wrist brace/cast.

For the most part, what you can do will depend on what's safe (according to your doctor) and whether things cause you pain/swelling.

I went to WDW with a broken wrist- no problems for me. I went one time with a broken ankle, though, and that was a pain (literally) and I wouldn’t do it again without a scooter/motorized wheelchair. If you’re in a lot of pain, a sling can really help.

You aren't supposed to jostle around a broken bone, even after it has been cast. You really shouldn't ride coasters or anything rough, sorry to say. Your doctor will give you specifics on what to avoid.
