HELP !!! Huge Tokyo Dining ???

I just read that you can only order Sushi at Tokyo dinning is that true?
We are on the DDP. When I made ADR's I asked and the CM did not really give me a answer.
So what did you order on the DDP or should I change my ADR for that night .
How was the food? I don't want to waste a sit down if its going to be a pain.
