I need help on how to write a cover letter for a job. It's asking for a salary requirement letter, and salary history letter..

My problem is have trouble writing a complete sentence. Even run the cover letter through spell check and grammer check it still probably won't catch all the errors.

I use the MS Works template to write my resume for me. All I did was fill in the blinks that was it.

I am a college gradute that fell English so many times until I past with a D.

Is there a template for a cover letter with the words already write out all do add the information I need to it.

For yell about morals and plalgism. I was just ask is something out there available to help stupid people like me who can't write. No matter how times they took English.

I know about narrotor in Windows XP. That can help me write.

Thanks in advance.

I would search around on the internet until you found a good example, and then change that letter to suit your needs. I know Monster.com has a pretty good library of samples. It's not plagerism if they give you permission to use their letter for your own needs.

Also, after you are done writing, it is a very good idea to have somebody else Proofread the letter and make suggestions. Have you checked with the College where you obtained your degree? Many of them offer Resume and Career Assistance to Alumni.

The first thing I would suggest is to enroll yourself in an English class pronto! Is English your second language? More education never hurts and it could make you more confident with your job application skills. Will this job require you to do a lot of writing? If so, you may want to consider another job.

A short-term fix is to do as Toby's Friend suggested.

Good luck.

Actually the job is setting up computer networks, teaching people how to use computers, and being help desk support.

I am very good at computers. Hardly ever read a computer manual. But every once in a blue moon.

I got straight A's in all my computers class in college. I am very good in math to it comes easy to me. They give me my test orally so i can take them.

The English is my downside. No English is not a second language. I just don't understand all the grammer rules. I have spend countless hours being tutor in Engllish still does not my sense to me.

I have summer job where excellent working as a Concession Stand Manager which I love. It use my math skills to the fullest. Plus i am a people person.

I looking for something to replace my winter job at HomeGoods which is not using any of my skills at all.

Thanks Toby Friend for the suggust. I am called the college gradute from to see if they help me.

Hey I am with you on the grammar side of English. I was in grades 3-8 from 1970-1976. They took English grammar away and changed to language. We did poems, and drama, etc.

When I got to 8th grade, my teacher who was a nun found out none of us could do grammar and she tried to cram 1/2 of a year to make up the last 5 that we lost. Forgetaboutit.

When I got to college, I went to tech school just to take proofreading, editing, writing work shop, etc. I still suck at the grammer rules. It is like a foreign math.

Hang in their crazylion. You could also go to a job fair, they have people that will help you with cover letters and resume's.
