Help! Hoop De Doo Photo Question!

We had a picture taken at HDD and bought the photo package. We'd love to get our holiday photos taken with this picture, but I am wondering if it is copyrighted? How do I find out?

There's nothing on the back of the photo and we were never given a reorder form.

Do they keep the negatives or original digital prints if it was a digital camera they used?

Anyone know how I would find out?

I'd really like to just take them to Walgreens or WalMart and have the photo used to make holiday greeting cards, but I don't know if they will use it.

I don't have an answer for you, but a suggestion. If it turns out you can't use their picture, how about handing your camera to a stranger in the crowd and ask them to take the exact same picture that the professional is taking after he takes his shot? Just a thought.

Well, that would be fine, except I live in MN and these pictures were taken on Monday. And I kinda wanted these for this year, not some time in the future.

Unless there is a copyright logo on the back it should be ok to use it for your Holiday photo. WalMart or Walgreens should be able to answer you question. I can't imagine Disney keeping all those pictures for any long period of time.
