New hp photosmart 320 Digital Camera[2.1mp,4xdigital-zoom+video clips] w/ Photo Printer. Does anyone have one of these?? [I also have a hp computer.]

I understand it prints straight from camera to printer,no compter needed. You use the camera to edit the pic's?

What hints can you give me??

I have a 64mb SD card for it. Will this be enough for DL??

Has anyone used Wal-marts Digital photo machine[.29per pic]?? If the card gets full should I have this machine put the pic's on a CD disk??

Well, I have the hp 315 and I really don't have a clear view in the lcd. I have to put them to the pc and maybe do touch-ups. My hp printer is not so good for photos, so for the time being I upload them to ImageStation. Any time I happen to have a great photo that I want to print I have them do it. Also, I burn my photos to a cd. Then I delete the photos on the camera and start again.

is it the small portable printer? If so I have one and I really like it. You don't hook the camera to the printer (have heard the newest version might allow this) but put your memory card in a slot on the printer. You must print out an index sheet to fidn the order of the pictures. For some reason it will move the pic's around. Once I got use to it it is easy to use and prints very nice photos.

as for memory most cameras have differnt settings. The number of pic on the card depends on the setting. I can get about 80 pics at high quality on a 128 card (I think it is 128, it is outside in the van right now and it is cold out there).
I also have a 64 card and an 18(?) the smallest one came with the camera and will only print about 10 pics on the high setting.
Many cameras also come with cables that hook to the TV. each night we viewed our WDW pic on the hotel room TV to pick the ones to delete. I took close to 200 pic total and burned them on CD before deleting the cards. Now I need to go bac kand edit the pics before making CD's for everyone and choosing which ones to print.

I don't know how many photos you usually take, but for a 2 MP camera, a 64MB card is about equal to 2 rolls of film. That would not be enough for our family, for sure.

As for your card, I have a 128 mb card, and it holds 319 pictures when I sent my camera to "normal" (I have a Fuji Finepix 2800. It's a 2.1 MP, and my pictures are amazing!!) (I should add, though, that it has a 6x optical zoom, which I think makes a lot of difference).

That would be the HP photo smart 100. It prints 4x6 borderless prints. It is about 4x6x8 inches and weights 3 lbs.

tink ... which printer did you get one of the computer printers that take the photo cards, or the photosmart 100.

My camera is a hp 320 2.1mp. My printer is a hp 3420v, it is a little smaller than a Canon 2400 printer.

This is what the cheat sheet Wal-mart gave me says.

HP 320 Digital Camera/Printer Kit

No computer required to print pic's from camera

1 gray USB Cord-printer to Computer Connection

2 black USB cords found inside Camera box

1=Camera to Computer Connection
1=Camera to Printer Connection

Camera/Printer Basic Directions:
After taking pic's on camera,turn on printer and connect USB cable to the camera

A "Print Setup" screen will appear on the Camera's Screen,
scroll through options and set according to your preferances for paper type and size

Select "OK" to print when finished. Complete printing will take a few minutes because of the amount of information being transferred from the camera to the printer.

I like the Camera it is easy to work. When hooked to the computer,you can adjust dark pic's,fix red eye, crop, and a number of other functions. I printed a pic from my Canon printer 8x11 Quality is really good,even shows detailed scroll work on the mirror over my head!!

Dd emailed from hp 320 camera. It uses jpg files.

Wal-mart recommended the HP over any other Camera/printers kits they sell.
