Here are my questions!
It says a Value for 99 a night, or 30% off non discounted rooms.

1) Is the pin for at any resort? (say I wanted to book GF is it 30% of a rate there?)

2) Is the pin for room only? (thats all I want/need to book)

3) What are the minimum length of stay requirements usually? (it says for friday or saturday arrivals if it messes up my plans I can leave sunday.

Just call WDW Reservations and they can let you know what resorts are available for your code. They should be very helpful and help you weigh your options.
