Help! Having trouble booking...

Pretty sure that its a problem with the system bit unable to bring up any day except our initial with online dining booking. Our reservation is showing appropriate length of stay at top of page but when click on calendar all days passed initial are in gray and won't come up. Plus the system when we call the WDW # is "being updated" and we have been told to try online We have been waiting for months to do this...wish us luck!
