HELP- haven't signed contract yet

I am a first time DVC buyer. After watching sales listings for weeks and not finding the exact scenario I wanted, I made an offer on an option that I could be happy with. Of course, at almost the same time the contract arrived in my inbox to be signed, I spotted the exact resort and number of points I wanted and at a lower price! My question is, if I don't sign the contract can I just walk away or are there repercussions to breaking the agreement? Best advice?

You can walk away. You don’t have to sign it, and if you do sign it, you have 10 days to back out and get your deposit back.

Just let the broker know that you changed your mind. I have had that happen twice as a seller,
